Phoenix Pet Expo

We decided to have some fun with Wrigley and take him to the Phoenix Pet Expo this past Saturday.

We have officially decided that Wrigley has a "friendgression problem". This is the opposite problem of aggression. Wrigley is convinced that no matter the time or place, everyone and every dog should be his friend. The dogs over 100 pounds tend to be his favorites. This was him attempting to be friends with a big white fluffy one.
Big fluffy white dog had little to no interest in Wrigley or being his friend.
(This is unusual as most dogs love Wrigley but just don't quite know how to play with him because he is so small.) Wrigley then attempted to make friends with the dogs who were in the process of doing an agility course. He had to continually sneak a peak at the talented dogs and would wag his nub in excitement when they ran by.

We even got to meet horses. Josh had never pet a horse before! I cannot wait to take him horseback riding when it gets cool again.
Overall the day was tons of fun and it wore Wrigley out!

Oh and we saw this crazily well trained animal. I think if we wanted and tried hard enough Wrigley could totally do it.  But we won't try hard enough so we totally entered a chance to win a free training session.

One day, Wrigley, one day soon.

the very first.

What better way to begin blogging than talking about our first year anniversary!

Josh surprised me with a trip to Sedona! Our anniversary was a great excuse to begin exploring this beautiful state we now live in.  We got to go hiking, exchange some awesome presents, hang out at the pool, have a fancy dinner, and eat our last piece of wedding cake.

I couldn't of imagined a better way to celebrate our very first year.
